CombiPlast - Case erecting and bag placing
CASE ERECTING AND BAG PLACING by our CombiPlast Machine The CombiPlast case/box erector with bag inserter is a remarkable and unique machine which combines box erecting- & bag inserting technology in one compact solution. Feeding plano’s and prefabricated bags in, it provides you a bag in box ready to be filled with your product. This with a speed up to 16 boxes per minute. Your boxes are mechanically squared and bottom taped. Optional hotmelt can be implemented. Prefabricated Easy Open bags, with a possible thickness down to 10 μm, are placed tightly in your erected boxes. Bags are perfectly suited for all your box sizes.
EasyPlast - Bag placing
The automatic bag inserter EasyPlast provides you with the latest bag inserter technology for all your boxes, crates or buckets. Feeding prefabricated bags in the automatic bag inserter, it provides you a product carrier with a bag ready to be filled with your product. This with a speed up to 25 boxes per minute. Prefabricated Easy Open bags, with a thickness down to 10 μm, are placed perfectly tight in your erected boxes, crates or buckets.
VarioSeal - Bag closing
The bag decuffer sealer VarioSeal is a multifunctional machine which seals your filled bags in several product carriers. It can even apply a vacuum to the bag to protect your product even more. This can be done with a maximum speed up to 14 boxes per minute. Thanks to the complete automatic adjustments it can handle a large range of box- or crate dimensions. Even randomly if desirable! Integrated options like check weighing, printing your information on the bag and a box taper makes the VarioSeal to a remarkable versatile machine. The VarioSeal can also be executed as VarioFold machine which folds the bag in your box instead of sealing it.
Complete Packaging Lines
Niverplast not only offers advanced individual packaging machines such as the CombiPlast, SpeedyPlast, and CherrySeal, but can also integrate these into a fully automated line specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of your production process. By combining machines that focus on different stages of the packaging process, such as bag placing, sealing, and product compressing, Niverplast creates complete solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
