Nittel is manufacturer of barrier liners to keep your filling product pure and in the best condition possible.
We believe in the right packaging for every type of filling product. Every industry has its own challenges when it comes to packaging of their materials. Together with our business partners we search for the right quality, required barrier and simplicity of use for his or her production environment.

Products
Drumliner
Drumliner is an inner liner for a standard 200L drum. Unique is our round welded bottom which provides the liner a cylindrical shape, perfectly adapted to the inside of a drum. We can use diffrent types of materials to provide the right barrier. Barrier against high filling temperatures, moisture, oxygen or corrosive substances. Drumliners van be custom made, By making the Drumliner extra long the top can be closed. Customers choose our Drumliner to keep the filling product pure and clean, free of contamination and in the best condition possible. It has a great advantage that drums stay clean and can therefore be used multiple times. On top of that, content can be used optimaly with a minimum of residue.
Form inliners
Form inliner is a pre-formed liner that fits like a second skin into a drum or pail. Its robust design makes it suitable for mixing filling contents or emptying with press plate. In production we heat thick plates to form them over a mold, this technique is called thermoforming. Product is made out of one piece and therefore without welding seals. We have several molds available; - Cylindrical steel drums of 216 liters - Vase shaped plastic drums 60 or 120 liters - Stackable pails from 15 to 50 liters By default, our Form inliners are made of transparant LDPE, but we can also make it with anti-static or in a blue food grade color. For more corrosive substances or high filling temperatures, we can produce the Form inliner in PP, with or without anti-static.
Top closed round bottom liners
Top closed round bottom liners are designed for liner inside an FIBC. The bottom of this product is round welded and the top is supplied with a filling spout. Our Top closed round bottom liner is equipped with a barrier material which ensure that contents remain in good condition. This product is mainly used in the food industry where products such as nuts, puffed rice or coffee are protected from oxygen. But it can also be used in the chemical industry for products that are sensitive to water vapor. Perfect inliner to extend the shelf life of bulk goods. Making optimal use of the payload in trucks and warehouses. The bottom contains no folds and contents can be easily emptied by cutting it open or using a pyramid knife.
Octabin liners
Octabin liners are inner liners where a large format tube film is fitted with a round welded bottom. It is completely matched to the round shape of an octabin. We can use different types of materials to provide the right barrier. Barrier against high filling temperatures, moisture, oxygen or corrosive substances. Octabin liners can be custom produced. By making the octabin liner extra long, the top closed by sealing or binding it together with a tie-wrap. Customers choose our octabin liners because it has a minimum of folds on the inside. This allows optimal use of the filling contents.
Mix tank liner
Mix tank liners are inner liners for large mixtank vessels. By making the bottom round, the liner contains a minimum of folds inside. This allows optimal use of the filling capacity. Customers choose mix tank liners to minimize changeover times. Batch changes typically take a lot of time with cleaning and make ready for reuse. By using a liner, a mixtank is quickly reusable and content stay free from contamination.
Bag-in-box
Our bag-in-box packaging is the practical and eco-friendly solution for liquid products up to 20 liters. It consists of a sturdy cardboard box that protects a flexible, airtight bag with a tap or pouring spout. This packaging extends shelf life, prevents waste, and is light and compact for transportation. Ideal for juices, wines, sauces, cleaning products, and many other applications — user-friendly, easy to stack, and perfect for both consumers and businesses.
1000L pillow liners
Our 1000L pillow liner is a durable and reliable packaging solution for liquid products. 1000L cube liner
