MULTIPOND has been an owner-managed German company since the very beginning. With nearly 80 years’ experience in industrial weighing technology, we are a pioneer in the development and manufacture of multihead weighers for use in this sector. Our success is based on the high quality and technical standard of our weighing systems and additional equipment. We consciously commit to a high level of vertical integration, as well as production exclusively in Germany. A team of more than 450 employees commits worldwide to offer our customers from the food and non-food sectors optimized, unique solutions every time.

MULTIPOND Argus 3D Camera System
3D cameras deliver basic data for automatic adjustments in the feeding process. As does the ARGUS camera from MULTIPOND. The patented camera system optimizes the feeding of the product on the weigher, improves distribution and ensures controlled filling of the weigh hopper. The advantage of the camera-monitored weigher is clear to see: Thanks to the automatic reaction to the 3D image data, this system innovation guarantees controlled, precise filling of the weigh hopper. The product flow is optimized for shorter feeding times and fewer overfills. The result is a greater variety of combinations, even for products that are difficult to convey such as salad ingredients, cheese or meat. MULTIPOND hygienic BE vibratory feeder
Hygiene start with a Multipond hygienic vibratory feeder. Perhaps customers only know Multipond from their multihead weighers. However we also build vibratory feeders in various wirths and lengths. Controls are from the Multipond weigher itself, which ensures optimal product feed. The new D-execution is the latest feeder execution which is hygienic in design according to USDA and EHEDG hygiene guidelines. The watertight IP69 feeder guarantees a quick and reliable cleaning proces. Special executions with systems to take out lose sugar, debris or water avaible. Also systems with noise demping and or speciale surface executions.
