'Cold vacuum closing head'
Cold vacuum closing without steam: New closing head + pre-heat for greater closing reliability LVS has developed a new closing head for cold vacuum closing. Optionally in combination with the pre-heat. This increases the closing reliability of glass jars. How does cold vacuum closing work with the new closing head? The redesigned closing head has a larger range, allowing multiple jar sizes to be processed with a single head. This saves changeover time and reduces complexity. Result: higher availability and lower production costs. Why does the pre-heat add value? More and more customers are switching to PVC-free lids. Our compact pre-heat brings the lid to the exact temperature, ensuring the compound performs optimally and making the vacuum closing demonstrably more reliable. This reduces the risk of leaks, faulty closings, or batch recalls. Interested? 'Calumatic Closing machine: STV-1'
The Calumatic can automatically close jars with or without vacuum. The Calumatic is the only closing machine which can vacuum seal without the use of steam. The vacuum in the jar is obtained by extracting the air present in the jar by means of a vacuum pump shortly before closing. Different types of lids and jars can be closed by using different size parts. Ideal machine for products where no moisture should get in. Lids can be supplied by means of an elevator system. Lids can be preheated with a pre-heat system. This machine is no longer new available in the market at this time. Because we make this machine second life, it is equipped with all possible new techniques and is as new. For higher capacity, multi-head Calumatics are available.
'Twist-off Closing machine: TO-05'
The TO-05 Twist-off machine is the ideal solution for closing a lid on a jar. The pot is vacuum closed by means of steam. The variety of jars and lids that the machine can close is virtually limitless due to the large range both in the height and the diameter of the jar. The height of the side straps in relation to the steam chamber is also infinitely adjustable so that all kinds of shaped pots can be processed.. The steam chamber is supported at the rear by two robust spindles which are electrically adjustable in height. This makes the machine very accessible at the front for adjustment, maintenance and cleaning. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and high-quality plastics. This guarantees a long service life and good cleaning even in an environment where aggressive products are used. The machine can be supplied with a sorting elevator whose capacity is tailored to the chosen Twist-off machine.
