PRINTERFACE IoT: One controller for all your printers

The Kortho Printerface IoT is the universal controller for all Kortho printers. Next to using it one on one, it’s also possible to control multiple printers with one single controller. Even if they are totally different models like thermal and inkjets! Just operate all printers from the same user-friendly interface. SAVE MONEY AND SPACE AT THE PRODUCTION LINE By just needing one controller for all printers a lot of money can be saved. Secondly, by not having to put up all these control boxes there’s a lot more free space at the production line. The amount of printers that can be controlled with one Printerface IoT is unlimited. The more printers, the bigger the benefits. OMNICOMPATIBLE WITH ALL SOFTWARE AND ERP SYSTEMS The Kortho Printerface IoT has a full Windows 10 OS. Because of this you have full Windows functionality in the GUI. This means that any Windows software will run directly on the controller. So if for example you wish to control your printers with Nicelabel or Bartender no additional PC will be needed anymore.

Kortho Control Center: one Interface for all your Kortho printers

Our Kortho Control Center software can be used to control all Kortho printers. Regardless if it’s just one, or a mix of many different model printers at the same time. Each printer that you connect will automatically appear under the name that you choose in a printer overview menu. By simply clicking on the printers names you can easily toggle between the GUI’s of the individual printers. THE MOST INTUITIVE AND COMPLETE GUI Besides configuring printer settings, Kortho Control Center also has many functions for label management. Our WYSIWYG on-screen label design for example allows you to design a label and directly calculates the cost-per-print. It also has an internal barcode generator (including serialization functions) which supports 113 different barcode types. Naturally all autocodes, menu’s and keyboards are available in each font or language. SLIMLINE: TO USE ON OUR PRINTERFACE IoT, OR YOUR OWN WINDOWS SYSTEMS Next to being free, it’s also not needed to buy our Printerface IoT controller in order to use Kortho Control Center. The software will also run on any Windows system. This makes you free to use any of your previously purchased Windows systems as a controller. Because of this, in combination with our SLIMLINE™ printers which don’t need a controller, many costs can be saved on control boxes!

Bad prints, purged ink spills and clogged half full cartridges. Notorious TIJ issues due to dried nozzles. Known solutions are to cap or interval purge when not printing. But taking the cartridge out and capping manually is user unfriendly and often forgotten. And constant purging makes a mess and also wastes ink. Enter our patented Robocap™ system! Nozzle maintenance is fully automated. But now the cap and purge ink collector are part of the consumable instead of the printer! Meaning that they are renewed along with each cartridge exchange! This not only allows for the use of a truly hermetic soft silicone cap, but also that just one single purge is needed regardless of how long the printer has been idle. Which, on top will be clean as purging is done onto a disposable pad that is constantly renewed! The result: Always perfect first prints, clean operation and zero human interaction needed.
