PS125 OS
The AUTOBAG® PS 125 OneStep is a tabletop system designed for fast and efficient bagging and sealing. The machine is suitable for manual loading. This solution is well suited for small to medium volumes. It is easy to use, flexible, and offers a strong price to performance ratio. With speeds of up to 15 bags per minute, the OneStep combines smart technology with a compact design. The machine measures 56 x 48 cm and weighs approximately 37 kg. Its quiet, fully electric system operates without compressed air. Operation is simple. The clear display provides direct access to settings, order data, job storage, and system diagnostics. The locking turntable works together with the AutoThread™ feature. This ensures comfortable operation and quick bag changeovers. Bags are automatically positioned, then manually filled and sealed using the Push to Seal™ function, a footswitch, or an automatic cycle. The AUTOBAG PS 125 OneStep includes an integrated PI 412™ printer. This prints directly on the next bag, making it ideal for short runs, fulfillment, and e commerce applications such as pharmacy or catalog orders. Text, barcodes, and graphics are printed clearly on the bag, eliminating the need for a separate labeling step. The printer features a tilting printhead for easy maintenance. With optional AutoLabel™ software, labels can be created quickly. The machine runs with AUTOBAG pre opened bags on a roll, available up to 27 cm wide and 43 cm long. Together, this forms a complete solution for manual bagging.
Autobag AB850 HB
The AUTOBAG® AB850 HB Hybrid is a high speed bagging system designed for e commerce and fulfillment. It combines speed, flexibility, and sustainability in one compact solution. The AB850 HB can process both poly bags and 100 percent curbside recyclable paper bags. This allows you to handle multiple packaging streams with one system and work more sustainably. Propad Mini Floormodel
The SEALED AIR® ProPad Mini is a compact floor standing system for producing paper cushioning. It is designed for void fill and product protection during transport. Thanks to its compact size, the machine is easy to place at different packing stations. With multiple mounting options, it can be flexibly integrated into any packing environment. The ProPad Mini provides precise paper dispensing. You can easily select manual, batch, auto repeat, or preset length modes. This ensures fast and consistent output, even for short lengths starting from 6 inches. The system supports various configurations, including placement on a table or shelf, mounting on a swing arm attached to a pole, or use as a mobile floor stand. Depending on the setup, the ProPad Mini runs fanfold paper. This can be 1 ply paper in weights from 30 to 44 lb or 2 ply paper at 30 lb. Speeds reach up to approximately 120 ft per minute. Paper options include 100 percent recycled content, supporting more sustainable packaging. The ProPad Mini is suitable for applications in automotive, electronics, industrial supply, and fulfillment. It provides reliable protection to keep products safe during shipping.
