Futura hotmelts van Intercol

We aim to leave a small footprint (as small as possible) and try to use evironmental friendly raw materials only. Our development work and innovation is focussed at reducing the amount of non-environmental friendly materials used at our customers. Watergedragen etiketteerlijmen
Een belangrijke sector voor lntercol is de etiketteerbranche, waarvoor het bedrijf verschillende lijmsoorten in haar assortiment heeft. lntercol kan tot zo'n veertig verschillende lijmen leveren voor allerlei toepassingen. Daarbij kan rekening gehouden worden met technisch gevraagde eigenschappen. Voor het etiketteren met watergedragen lijmen heeft lntercol onder andere lijmen op basis van caseïne, polyvinylalcohol, ureumformaldehyde. Maar uiteraard ook synthetische lijmen; deze zijn uitermate geschikt voor de drankindustrie door hun ijswatervaste eigenschappen. De nieuwste ontwikkelingen worden gevolgd en uitgebreid getest op de aanwezige Krones en Langguth machines in het lntercol laboratorium. Er wordt onder andere gekeken naar de loopeigenschappen en hechting. Zo is recent een nieuw product ontwikkeld voor de blik etiketteermarkt. Deze lijm heeft een uitermate goede hechting en drukt geen lijntjes door het etiket heen.
