Pallet Denester
By adding a Pallet Denester, the Palletiser can run unmanned for a longer period of time. A stack of pallets is placed in the warehouse and, as required, a pallet is delivered and, by means of a conveyor belt into the Palletiser. The denester can also be used as a pallet stacker/warehouse.

P&O mederwerker
What does the job entail Inno-Way is a growing company and therefore constantly looking for new talent. You have the drive to further expand the team with your knowledge and skills, you have an eye for (upcoming) talent and monitor the inflow and outflow of employees. In addition, you monitor the performance and development of the employees. Maintaining contacts with hired staff and schools is also part of your task package. In addition, you monitor the work processes by, among other things, keeping the internal manual up to date and you are responsible for ISO certification.
Mechanical Engineer
Innovation is in the name and in our DNA. We are always looking for new and better solutions. In your role as a Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the latest developments and customer orders. Your work consists of 3D designing (we work with Inventor), converting designs into production drawings, preparing orders and supervising the projects in our workshop. We are a flat organization (the lines are short) so we appreciate your input and initiatives, but if you are unable to find a solution, you can always fall back on experienced colleagues who are happy to help you further. During the term of the orders you monitor costs, planning and quality and you maintain contacts with suppliers and customers.
Werkvoorbereider / Calculator
In the function of Work Preparer/Calculator you take care of the entire work preparation, material, planning and monitoring per project. In addition, you are busy preparing quotes, calculations and reports. You work a lot with colleagues from the workshop, the sales manager and the chief engineer. So you are a real team player! It is a very dynamic job.
TIG lasser/constructie medewerker
As an all-round TIG welder, you will assemble stainless steel constructions based on drawings. This involves high-quality welding. You are expected to be able to independently “translate” drawings to the product. You determine your own work plan. That means showing initiative and being able to think in terms of solutions rather than problems. A challenging vacancy for a craftsman / craftswoman who would like to deliver a beautiful piece of work!
Monteur binnen/buiten
A varied function in which you can roll up your sleeves in assembly and production. As a production employee you can work both independently and in a team. You and your team ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You produce on the basis of drawings and you check the products. Other working days you are active in the field service for maintenance, repair and commissioning of machines on location.
Software engineer
As a Software Engineer you will focus on designing, programming and commissioning the machines. Studying, analyzing and interpreting the functional specification agreed with the customer and translating this into a working concept (you do this in collaboration with engineers from different disciplines). You have to make sure that the machines come to life. For this you ensure the correct setting of the machines and carry out test improvement programs. You perform system analysis to investigate different solution options. You are involved with the machine up to delivery and commissioning at the customer.
