llpra Benelux BV is a branch office of the ILPRA Group.
Ilpra was founded in 1955 and because of that it guarantees a wide experience in the packaging market.
Within this leading Italian manufacturer of packaging machines, all products are built in-house.
Our main production is located in Mortara in the Milan region. Ilpra specializes in building traysealers,, Food Pack series, cupfillers, Fill Seal series and thermoforming lines, Form Pack series
The strength of Ilpra is that they in all series for the small, medium and industrial applications always have a suitable solution.
The machines are built in series, will continue to control costs and to Ilpra will always be found a suitable competitive machine.
Products
MW Serie Multihead
Our MW SERIES multiheads are especially appreciated for their reliability in even the most challenging applications. They are available in numerous variants: the most popular are the 10- and 14-head models with baskets ranging from 0.5 liters for dosing small quantities of product, up to 5 liters for salad or medium- and large-sized frozen products. The modular construction allows for easy maintenance, cleaning, and repair in the event of a breakdown. They are equipped with counting software for dosing by number rather than weight.
FUTURA HS PENTAVAC - VFFS Machine
The P2100, a family bestseller, evolves and introduces its 6th series: FUTURA. The HS version has increased sealing power, ensuring superior performance, as well as energy savings and quiet operation. Reliability, simplicity, and robustness have always been the cornerstones of our flagship model. The new frame design has been carefully studied to facilitate and optimize cleaning operations and to accommodate forming collars for the increasingly popular recyclable paper film. The operator interface consists of a brand-new 12″ PC panel customized to control the packaging machine, dosing system, and printer from a single HMI. The P2100 FUTURA is innovation but also tradition: it is the fruit of the company’s over 25 years of experience and is destined to shape Pentavac’s present and future.
FoodPack 1450
The FoodPack 1450 represents a state-of-the-art addition to our Linee Food series, providing a fully electronic, high-performance option meeting the market's need for an in-line tray sealing machine. This machine is an effective in-line model that can simultaneously process three 187×137mm containers. Its flexibility is suited to a wide range of packaging applications, such as fruit, meat, ready meals, and fish. The FoodPack 1450 is a high-performance, automatic in-line tray sealer, representing the ideal mix of dependability and flexibility for companies looking to enhance their packaging processes. Its design ensures seamless integration into current production setups, accommodating a broad spectrum of products thanks to its large sealing area and straightforward operation.
FOODPACK SPEEDY
FoodPack Speedy is a fully automated in-line model. Built in stainless steel and IP65 rated, Speedy is designed to cut running costs to a minimum. Reliability, ease of cleaning and servicing, facilitated programming and high customization are just some of its strengths. lpra ProGas technology – a standard feature in this model – ensures higher production speed and consequently also a higher production rate. The machine, equipped with a touch screen monitor, is easy to use and manage because its internal components can be easily accessed. The proportional electronic film unwinder, the drawer-like mould changing and Ilpra ProGas technology ensure high performance and low consumption. The work area is 380 x 270 mm.
FOODPACK ENERGY
This reliable, robust machine has a greater sealing capacity and sealing area compared to the FoodPack Basic model. Ilpra ProGas technology – a standard feature in this model – ensures higher production speed and consequently also a higher production rate. The compact, stainless steel FoodPack Energy model has a work area of 395 x 265 mm and a high sealing capacity. The motor driven film unwinder and quick changing of the mould make it flexible and fast to use for small/medium productions. Ilpra Progas technology increases its performance and reduces consumption of gas.
FOODPACK M7
FoodPack M7 is a fully automated in-line packaging machine designed for high production volumes. It offers a 700 mm wide sealing area and can perform operations such as sealing only, vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and skin sealing. Due to its innovative design, FoodPack M7, which is equipped with an electromechanical E-Mec motion system to reduce power consumption and increase productivity, can also be easily integrated into an automated production line. Moreover, it can be customized to fulfill specific production requirements.
Fill Seal 2500
The Fill Seal 2500 filler/sealer machine with rotary table is suitable for small and medium production outputs. It is very flexible thanks to the numerous options that can be mounted on, such as: lid placer, CIP connection on the doser, laminar flow hood. The motions of the machine are mechanically controlled by a cam system and a microprocessor that ensure high quality performance and reliability. Fill Seal 2500 allows the packaging and sealing of products in pre-formed trays by means of sealing and vacuum/modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) operations.
