GOPACK is an exclusive Dutch-based distributor of the English manufacturer Flexipol Packaging Ltd.
We mainly supply 25KG block bottom PE bags, also known as open mouth bags, to customers in the Food and Feed industry in mainland Europe. All our packaging solutions are produced in a BRC-certified factory (AA+-accredited). We are the leading innovative flexible packaging partner. Our customers are international businesses with specialist packaging requirements who appreciate the technical collaboration, innovation, and extraordinary service that GOPACK offers. BLOCK BOTTOM BAGS
Block bottom bags with special bottom construction. The benefits are: • Block bottom is designed to create a stand up pack for ease of filling, palletisation and reduced slippage • Can be made air or water tight • Suitable for fully or semi-automatic filling lines • Several perforation options • Available in a wide variety of sizes and thicknesses • Can be printed in up to six colours (also the bottom)
EASY OPEN BAGS, RIPP 'N' FLOW
This product is especially designed to provide a safe and hygienic solution for the packing of food ingredients. Traditionally all ingredients packed into either paper or polythene sacks have required a knife to open the top, prior to pouring the product into the mixer. This can create a huge risk on contamination with paper or plastic parts into your product. Next to that it is quite undesirable to use a knife or other sharp object in your food approved production environment. The RIPP ‘N’ FLOW® offers the following benefits: • No contamination risk because of the special “EASY OPEN” system on the topside • Eliminates the need for knives or other sharp objects during opening of your packing • Block bottom feature is available which is designed to create a stand up pack for ease of filling, palletisation and reduced slippage. • Suitable for fully or semi-automatic filling lines • Available in a wide variety of sizes and thicknesses • Can be printed in up to six colours (also the bottom) • Several perforation options Many ingredient producers in Europe are already using this unique packing. For example egg powder, breadcrumb, batter, spices, pasta, biscuit crumb, flavourings, dehydrated vegetables, whey and lactose powder are packed in the RIPP ‘N’ FLOW®.
BLOCK BOTTOM TRAY LINER
This liner is developed to eliminate polythene entrapment which is a very common problem for food manufacturers. The block bottom feature is designed to create a perfect fit to any size of tray or box, thus resulting in less material being required. The benefits are: • The block bottom feature eliminates product loss due to polythene entrapment • Reduced end user complaints on foreign body contamination and additional costs incurred on complaints and product loss • In instances where the meat is block frozen, the liner design eliminates the use of the cardboard outer which leads to further cost savings • Available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses to suit every application

Easy-open in the bottom of the bag
Our new innovative block bottom / open mouth bag is featured with an easy-open strip in the bottom of the bag. After filling the bag, as you would normally do, it is very easy for your end customer to empty the bag using a simple hand movement. The great benefit of this feature is that there is no need for a knife anymore to open the bags resulting in a safer environment for operators and less contamination risk of plastic particles in your production process.
Flexivent Block Bottom Bag
For packaging powders such as milk, cocoa, and protein powders, flour, starch, and sugars, Gopack introduces the Flexivent block-bottom bag. This packaging features a special ventilation system that allows excess air to escape after sealing, without any product loss. As a result, the package volume is optimized, and product quality is maintained during transport and storage. The Flexivent bag is compatible with standard filling machines and can be easily sealed or stitched after filling. Thanks to the design of the ventilation chamber, any remaining air exits the bag during palletization, which can improve the efficiency of logistics processes. The packaging is fully customizable to customer specifications and made of 100% polyethylene (PE), making it recyclable. This makes the bag a more sustainable option within the packaging industry.
