FLEX-M
The FLEX-M is suitable for packing a wide variety of food and non-food products. They work seamlessly with a variety of weighing and dosing systems, and are also very suitable for manual filling. The stainless steel machines are designed with reliability, flexibility and hygiene in mind. Thanks to their open construction, they are extremely easy to clean. Low height coupled with a small footprint makes the FLEX-M very versatile in small production areas as well as industrial environments. Modules can be exchanged within minutes, maximizing usability whilst lowering downtime and cost. Machines can be configured in line with customer requirements on request. FLEX-XL
The FLEX-series offers a hygienic design and is constructed from stainless steel. Together with the open construction, this makes the machine very easy to clean. This range has been developed for both industrial packaging houses as well as smaller packers who need a flexible machine for their continuous packaging process. The FLEX-XL can manage packaging sizes of 200 to 500 mm bag width and unlimited bag length and has a capacity of up to 20 bags per minute. EASY
The EASY form, fill and seal machine is optimized for creating bags from a flat film off of a reel and is suitable for packing many types of food as well as non-food products. It can also be used for manual filling. Due to its compact design and small footprint the EP 250 can be used flexibly in confined areas. LEAF
LEAF is specifically developed to produce paper bags out of 100% recyclable and compostable paper mono material. LEAF has a revolutionary design and is constructed out of stainless steel and other recyclable materials. LEAF is partly built out of recycled OCEAN PLASTIC, thus helping to reduce plastic waste. Together with the open construction for optimized accessibility, it makes the machine very easy to clean and maintain. LEAF excels in optimized sealing pressure, paper handling and tracking. It has a special former set and is equipped with an in-line mesh applicator to produce bags with a netting behind the window. With its large range in pack sizes (190 mm up to 400 mm bag width) and a capacity up to 25 bags per minute, LEAF is the perfect machine for all paper applications. In the standard configuration it produces both pillow and stand up bags. The modular construction guarantees that each module can be exchanged within minutes. VDU (Volumetric dosing unit)
VDU is a servo driven volumetric cup filler designed to precisely dose various sorts of granular product. This filling machine is characterized by its unique open frame design and full automatic set-up. Product is being filled in the main feeding hopper and controlled by the level sensor. Cups are gradually being filled when passing the hoppers’ outfeed tray where excess product is scraped off. The bottom of the cups are closed by means of individual hinging stainless steel valves. When the cup passes the discharge chute, the bottom is opened by gravity and the product drops in the packaging machine. Servo controlled cup volume reduces changeover time to an absolute minimum. All individual telescoping cups can be changed within minutes without the use of tools. Up to 200 programs can be selected and stored easily by means of the full color touch screen on the central electrical cabinet. MINI
Vertical form, fill and seal machines create bags from a flat film from the reel. The machines are suitable for packing many types of food and non food products. The MINI has a compact modular design and is constructed out of stainless steel. This results in a high build quality and robust construction. Due to its low height and small footprint the machine is very versatile, both in small production areas as well as in industrial environments. The machine is standard delivered on wheels so it can easily be placed under various dosing systems. It also is very suitable for manual filling. With its large range in pack sizes (40 up to 160 mm bag width and unlimited bag length) and a capacity up to 70 bags per minute, this machine can be used in a wide variety of packaging situations. In the standard configuration it produces pillow bags. Optionally the machine can also produce self standing bags. The machine has an open, modular, construction, so it is easy to clean and parts are easily accessible. This creates a reduction in downtime and costs during maintenance work. Infeed / take away conveyors
GKS Take away conveyors are based on the GKS conveyor concept, which guarantees completely hygienic design, fully stainless steel construction and a stainless steel drum motor. These conveyors are available in various executions or can be built according to customer specifications. Selected models include integrated metal detectors. The conveyor and metal detector may optionally be placed on one frame together with a turntable.
Turntable
Turntables are made of full stainless steel, according to hygienic design. These turntables are available in various sizes or can be built according to customer specifications. Packstation
Packstation is a solution for optimizing manual filling of GKS packaging machines. The system consists of a robust platform with walking surface, stairs and railing. This is mounted to the in height adjustable working surface under which the packaging machine is placed. On this surface there’s enough space to store an amount of product that is being packed. An manual weigher can be placed next to it. For further automation its possible to replace the manual weigher with a single head weigher with automatic infeed belt. The concept has been designed in a way that various types of packaging machines can be integrated. The modular construction of Packstation makes it possible to adjust the system according to the working environment. Other possibility is to rebuilt the system to a right hand or a left hand installation, stairs can be mounted both on the front as well as on the back or on both sides.
FLEX-L Netpack config.
The FLEX-L is available in three versions: 1) FLEX-L: Pneumatical driven sealing system 2) FLEX-L: Servo-driven sealing system 3) FLEX-L: Netpack configuration The FLEX-L Netpack configuration has a hygienic design and is constructed out of stainless steel. Together with the open construction it makes the machine very easy to clean. Due to its low height and small footprint the machine is very versatile, both in small production areas as well as in industrial environments. With its large range in pack sizes (75 up to 350 mm bag width and unlimited bag length) and a capacity up to 40 bags per minute, this machine can be used in a wide variety of packaging situations. The machine is equipped with a continuous heated sealing system with exchangeable sealing profiles to seal a wide variety of packaging materials. The integrated handgrip punch system can create a handle in the top part of the bag. In the standard configuration it produces either pillow bags or self standing gusset bags. The modular construction guarantees that each module can be exchanged within minutes. This creates a reduction in downtime and costs during maintenance work. Options and components can be retrofitted easily and quickly.
