Since 1978, ZANASI has been developing industrial coding and marking solutions that are recognized worldwide. By making smart combinations of already existing elements and new technologies, we create new product solutions that are transparent, simple, but above all effective solutions for our customers.
Our small character inkjet systems are available from stock. The CIJ systems (continuous inkjet) are fully modular and adaptable to customer-specific requirements. These distinguish themselves by their high reliability, ease of use and the many variations in terms of software, print speed and integration into your production processes.
We support companies committed to designing new sustainable packaging with thinkz, the range of eco-friendly inks, for sustainable markings. Our sustainable thinkz inks, which are certified for compostable packaging, have passed verification tests and are TÜV OK compost INDUSTRIAL certified and retain the compostability properties of the packaging.
In the development process, materials that are free of heavy metals and have reduced ecotoxicity have been carefully selected, according to the requirements of the European compostability standard EN 13432. Our 'OK compost' certified inks comply with GMP procedures for the food packaging industry and do not require any in-application assessments, further testing or risk assessment by the customer. This ensures that the compostability characteristics of the packaging remain unchanged.

Large character inkjet printers DOD TECHNOLOGY
The consolidated solenoid technology, the forerunner of the Zanasi product range, has become, over time, the conventional solution for large character marking on secondary packaging for quality, innovation and solidity. Industrial printing systems suitable for multiple uses, reliable and intended to last over time, designed to best meet the coding needs of secondary packaging and products with porous and non-porous surfaces, such as bags, panels, pipes, pallets, cans and drums. Zanasi large character printing systems are simple and compact, they can manage the different NZ printhead models in variable combinations, up to a maximum of 4, proving to be a flexible and ideal solution in contexts characterised by the presence of multiple production lines, or by the need to print multiple lines on the different sides of the packaging, with a printing range up to 190 mm. The solidity of large character systems is ensured by a structure entirely made of stainless steel, which does not fear humidity, dust or high temperatures, and by the quality of the inks that ensure even and constant marking in any environment.
High-resolution inkjet printers HR TECHNOLOGY
In a single solution, ZANASI's high resolution combines image, traceability and environmental and economic sustainability. The Z640Plus e-Jet system, equipped with piezoelectric DOD (Drop on Demand) technology, allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos and barcodes that are perfectly traceable, legible and that comply with GS1 standards, with a height of up to 102 mm. The enormous economic advantage of the ZANASI high-resolution system is offered by the ability to reproduce any text or graphics with a horizontal resolution of up to 600 Dpi for the complete customisation of the packaging, minimising the storage of the different types of packaging, which no longer necessarily require prepress.
Thermal inkjet printers TIJ TECHNOLOGY
TIJ technology was developed to meet the regulatory and traceability requirements of products in the pharmaceutical sector and is now used in the industrial packaging sector, which requires clear and legible codes from simple, flexible printing systems that can be easily integrated into the packaging line. TIJ (Thermal Ink Jet) solutions combine superior quality marking with the versatility typical of cartridge systems. They provide fast, accurate and clean high-definition printing of alphanumeric texts, logos, 2D barcodes and QR codes with heights ranging from 1 to 50.8 mm, which can be read by visual inspection equipment. With a wide range of inks for porous and non-porous surfaces, they effectively meet the most diverse industrial needs. Cartridge-based technology makes TIJ printing systems extremely cost-effective as they are virtually maintenance-free. They only require the quick and clean replacement of the cartridge, which acts as the print head. Training costs for technical personnel and line downtime are drastically reduced, productivity is optimised, no parts wear out and no spare parts are required, as each time the cartridge is replaced, the printer gets a new head. The small size, compact structure and high connectivity facilitate integration.
