SealScope | In-line, 100% Seal Inspection for Flexible Packaging

SealScope® is a patented, easy to integrate and non-destructive in-line seal inspection and process monitoring technology for flexible packages. Via sensors that are mounted on the sealing jaws, SealScope® detects product in seal, wrinkles and tapered seals. SealScope® can be retrofitted on most leading packaging machine brands, such as Omori, Fuji, Ulma, Ilapak, PACRAFT (ToyoJidoki), HDG, SN pakcaging, LeePack, GEA, VH, etc. The system also issues early warnings for process drifts enabling preventive machine maintenance.
