Turn every pallet into a stable shipping unit

Engels introduces the Clever Lid, a multifunctional lid for reusable shipping units. Originally designed for the postal service as an alternative to roll containers, now developed into a universally usable lid. Clever Lid is equipped with fully integrated tensioning straps with ratchet mechanism, which keeps the load stable on the pallet. No other packaging material is required. Clever Lid is suitable for any type of load such as cardboard boxes, plastic bins, pallet boxes, folding walls and steel frames. The lid can be used on all pallets and is available with different attachment hooks (depending on the pallet). In addition, the lid can be sealed and provided with RFID or other labeling for the security of the goods. Engels supplies the Clever Lid in an 800x600 mm, 1200x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm version. Transport and storage bins

Plastic bins and crates of ENGELS are characterized by high load capacity and stackablity. The plastic bins can be used in various applications and suitable for transport, storage and pool systems. Engels' quality lasts a lifetime. Nothing protects your product better than our bins, fitted with lids and your choice of a vacuum-formed or foam interior. No more product loss. A version for every logistical application A stackable bin is often the best solution: easily stackable with little effort. For all situations in which the products are stored or will be returned with own transportation. When return freight is charged by volume, we usually don't opt for stackable boxes, certainly not if the transport distance is large. In this situation we recommend :. turn-stackable bins, 180° bins: Stackable when rotated 180°; nestable when rotated back again bale-arm bins: Stackable on the bale-arms; nestable by flipping the bale-arms outward again attached lid containers: stackable on the lids which lock into eachother when they are closed. foldable bins: the walls of these foldable crates can be folded inward, saving up to 70%. The Euronorm is not always the solution for all packaging issues. For several customers we designed and produced stackable bins with different sizes, to fit better with their specific products. Stack and nesting bins

Turn-stackable bins are constructed in a way so they can be stacked on each other and nested as well. By turning the storage bins 180°, they can be pushed together in empty condition. This results up to 70% space gain. Like stackable containers, different versions are available; with closed or closed walls and / or bottom, food-grade or not, with optimized volume or no-nonsense construction. - E-line turn-stackable plastic bins are "no-nonsense" products at very attractive prices. - Hygienic turn-stackable bins are made in one piece by injection-molding. The upper edge is formed by a gas injection technique, so the edge is completely closed, smooth, making it easy to clean, and strong and still light, because it is hollow. The bins have white and black caps which immediately show in which position they can be stacked or nested. - Turn-stackable bin with straight walls are made of PEHD and have perforated side walls providing air circulation for cooling. Maximum internal volume is realized by straight side walls. The bin is available with a closed or perforated bottom. The bins are widely used for storage and transport of fruit, vegetables, meat and poultry and bakery products. - Hygienic turn-stackable bins have both a smooth inside and outside, even the top edge is completely round so the bins are very easy to clean. There are no places where dirt can accumulate. Also available with lid. - The Euro norm is not always the solution for all packaging issues. Large volume bins

Large-volume trays have emerged as a replacement for large wooden boxes in the textile industry and are an ideal variant between a plastic box and a pallet box. A large plastic container is easy to use in many sectors. Large volume bins are made of a strong, food-friendly, frost-, chemical- and impact-resistant plastic. This material allows the large containers to be used for various applications. The large plastic bins can be supplied with closed or perforated walls, with or without wheels, stackable and / or nestable.

Plastic pallet boxes

Popular for their large volume and strong construction. You'll find these pallet boxes in production plants for the storage of heavy parts as well as farming. Our pallet boxes also have many applications for recycling purposes (for example for the collection of batteries, batteries, fluorescent lamps and old paper). Pallet boxes: volume and load capacity Depending on their size, the pallet boxes carry up to five tonnes in the stack and up to 800 kg in the rack. Higher stacking requires less floor space. There is a choice of three bottom versions: four feet: for the agri-industry (the boxes can be stacked without interfering with the fuits or vegetables) two skids: better stacking, also suitable for roller conveyors three skids: industrial use, hig load cpaacity for, for example, the recycling of car batteries or old-paper And four versions of sidewalls: flat inner walls, for industrial use, foldable or in one piece slightly outward bulging walls, for maximum capacity when the pallet boxes are filled with bulk material. This allows us to manufacture extra large pallet boxes, just as strongly as if they were produced in one piece.

Plastic pallets

Plastic pallets are made with specific properties for specific practices. The possibilities are endless. Choosing the right pallet for your business environment requires some know-how. In short the differences in plastic pallets: - type of material: new, recycled or with additives - different load capacity - single or multiple use - suitable for racks or not - nestable or not The specific applications often determine the type of material. Ultra light export pallets for airfreight (HDPE), slightly heavier export pallets for freight by ships (PO). In addition, completely smooth for use in food and pharmacy. High-capacity pallets for high-rise and freezer rooms. Are plastic pallets better than wood? Yes. Plastic pallets have many advantages over wooden pallets: - plastic pallets don't absorb moisture, don't rot or splinter, so more friendly (more ergonomic) for the user - plastic pallets require no maintenance - plastic pallets look more attractive (for example as colorful display pallets in supermarkets) - plastic pallets have a longer life-cycle (broken; shredding and re-injection molding)

A third of our packaging is made by specific designed, manufactured and assembled custom work. We have the production facilities, materials and resources available to achieve customized work, even by piece, as well as for large series of products.
