Easy Systems is een toonaangevende integrator van intralogistieke oplossingen. Als onderdeel van de Franse BOA Concept Group ontwerpen, bouwen en implementeren we modulaire en schaalbare conveyorsystemen voor intern transport, opslag en geautomatiseerde verwerking. Onze expertise omvat conveyoroplossingen voor light en heavy goods, mobiele telescopische conveyors, geavanceerde automatisatie en naadloze software-integraties. Products
Mat top & table top systems
Mat top and table top systems are conveyors that are used to optimize your product flow in various ways. They are used as a connection between machines, as a buffer, or to bridge larger distances. Thanks to the modular construction of our conveyors, your process optimization can be realized quickly and easily. The mats and chain systems can be delivered as parts for easy adjustments or for expansion of your current system. Thanks to our own engineering, we can also work out the solution of your application and fully realize it from drawing to installation in your company. Plastic chains are available with an open structure to make curves or with a closed structure for straight applications. They are also suitable for straight applications. Stainless steel chain links, carriers as well as small links (belt transitions) are available from stock. In addition, the low friction of the flat chain is highly suitable for buffering and/or pushing products sideways. Modular chain links allow for conveyor systems of 20 to 4000mm in width and 500 to 1,000,000mm in length (with only one drive).
Conveyor belts and belt-driven conveyor systems
Conveyor belts and toothed belts offer the solution for easy transport of various goods. This way your product flow can be optimized quickly and easily. The modular transport systems can be flexibly used for an efficient adaptation of your current system or for expansion. Our experienced engineers can offer you informal advice or draw the solution you need. Your lead time and satisfied customers are our responsibility. Using standard components, we offer transport systems based on conveyor belt or cog belt. We also distribute special belts such as vacuum belts, telescopic belts, mesh belts, troughed belts, belt conveyors,… Thanks to our kinking, rising and curving belts, the trajectory can be flat or with rising and falling sections, and may contain bends. The structures are designed in aluminium or stainless steel.
Roller conveyors for light and medium goods
Roller conveyors are optimized for transporting a wide variety of crates, boxes, polybags and pallets. A version in freewheel or electrically controlled roller conveyor gives you flexibility in layout, application and budget. This way you can efficiently use this type of conveyor in every phase of your product flow: order picking, processing, packaging, transport, etc. The modular construction offers you further options in future modifications and / or extensions. Easy Systems supplies pre-assembled free-rolling and driven roller conveyors made of aluminium, steel or stainless steel. Technical drawings of the roller conveyors, as well as the corresponding chain or toothed belt transfer units, turntables, tippers, lifters, insert systems, … can easily be produced and will result in great savings as far as engineering and risks are concerned. Our engineers and technicians with years of experience think along and give advice. This way we realize the solution for your application up to and including installation in your company.

High Speed Box Stacker
The High-Speed Box Stacker and destacker are designed to optimize storage density and streamline box handling operations. It’s a modular solution for efficient and automated box stacking. How does it work? Boxes move along the conveyor until they reach the stacker, which lifts and accumulates them into vertical stacks. The destacker separates the stacks for downstream operations. With a throughput of up to 25 boxes per minute, They adapt seamlessly to various industrial applications. Its robust, customizable design ensures long-term reliability while maximizing floor space. Thanks to its flexible integration, it can be used standalone or within conveyor systems.
