Cobot CLA-1850
DH introduces the new cobot label printing application CLA-1850. With the cobot label applicator you can flexibly automatically apply a label to boxes, pallets or other products at any desired position. This solution is an answer to the ever increasing variations of products. Specifications: • Very compact cobot; • Variable pallet height; • Maximum label height 1700 mm; • Flexible label location; • Label is automatically stuck to the highest point of the pallet up to 1.7 meters high; • Label rotation adjustable; • Multiple label positions possible at the front and side of the pallet; • 200 labels per hour. DH introduces a new bag filling & palletizing robot
Where conventional machines can only handle part of the bag filling process, our latest innovation can handle the entire process from empty bag to full pallet. And that on less than 55 square meters. By using one robot arm with a multifunctional tool, we can operate the various stations in a compact and efficient manner. Starting at the empty-bag-storage, where the robot picks up an empty bag. This storage contains space for 100 empty bags that are presented to the robot separately. Because the robot can clamp an empty and a full bag in its tool at the same time, the cycle time is reduced enormously. Furthermore, the system makes optimal use of the potential of the robot arm by performing other tasks while filling a bag. This is possible because the robot is allowed to release the bag to be filled during filling. A third efficiency boost has been made by making the system double, with the left side being the mirror image of the right side. The robot forms the centre of the setup, able to serve both sides. An additional advantage of the mirrored setup is that the continuity of production is guaranteed, because both sides can be used separately while the unused side is being cleaned or maintained for example. In this way it is possible to fill, sew and palletize 120 bags per hour.

Ben jij een hands-on Onderhoud- en Service Engineer met passie voor robotisering en automatisering? Bij DH werk je aan het onderhouden, oplossen van storingen en optimaliseren van geavanceerde installaties bij klanten. Je combineert elektrotechnische, mechanische en softwarekennis om systemen betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen, voert onderhoud uit, stelt onderhoudsplannen op en adviseert klanten over verbeteringen. Daarnaast beheer je je eigen planning, regel je materialen en verzorg je documentatie en klantinstructies. Je werkt veel op locatie en hebt direct contact met klanten. Je hebt een mbo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica en ervaring met industriële installaties. Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en klantgericht. Ben jij een technisch talent met commerciële drive? Als Sales Engineer bij DH combineer je techniek en sales in een groeiende organisatie binnen industriële automatisering. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar slimme oplossingen en offertes, met focus op robotisering en end-of-line systemen zoals palletisers en verpakkingslijnen. Je werkt samen met accountmanagers, bezoekt klanten en adviseert over optimalisatie en automatisering. Je ontwikkelt 3D-concepten, maakt calculaties en stelt offertes op. Ook denk je mee over procesverbetering en investeringsanalyses (ROI/TCO). Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen projecten.
