Thermal Transfer Printers
For high-speed printing of flexible packaging materials, our foil printers offer the best results. These printers are also known as TTO printers (Thermal Transfer Overprinters). Certainly in combination with the best print ribbons (scratch-resistant and food grade) these foil printers can work perfectly with, for example, tube foil, flat foiland similar other materials. Large character inkjet
Especially when printed information on packaging needs to be functional or visible from a great distance, large character inkjet is the best solution. Bulk packaging, pipes, steel, plastic, insulation material, wood and concrete in particular are often provided with Drop on Demand (DOD) coding with large format characters. Due to the size of the coding field, it is possible to provide packaging with the complete desired coding. A print height of up to 127 mm per printhead is even possible. Seal inspection

Leak control
Do you want to check your product packaging for leakage? Then our leak control systems are the right solution. This way, defective products never reach your customers. Laser spectrophotometry technology These systems use laser spectrophotometry technology (gas sensors). If there are holes or micro-holes in the package and/or seal, any CO2 leaking from the package, the system detects leaks without changing the line speed and/or the internal composition of the modified atmosphere. Leak control of MAP packaging With the specific LDS700-IoT leak control system from FT System it is possible to inspect your products in MAP packaging up to 200μ for leakage. These products are packed with low oxygen content, or: MAP-packaged (Modified Atmosphere Packaging).
