Production of flexible packaging DaklaPack is the market leader in the in-house production of a wide range of flexible packaging. Our range includes high-quality stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, safety bags, and eye-catching plastic envelopes. All packaging can be customized and printed in full color using the most advanced techniques.
Filling food, non-food, and medical products DaklaPack's filling activities include the specialized processing and filling of both liquids and solids such as pills, powders, and granules. These are packaged in various liquid-resistant bags and pouches. Hygiene and safety are essential. We work with modern filling machines, specifically designed for food products, in carefully audited and cleaned environments.

EasyDose®
EasyDose® – The new, user-friendly squeeze-to-activate dosing spout by DaklaPack. This innovative solution ensures accurate dispensing for flexible pouches. The EasyDose® can be applied to various liquid product groups, from personal care and culinary to automotive. The patented design allows precise product flow through the spout, which stops immediately once the sprung activator is released. Additionally, it permits air to return into the pouch, maintaining stability, unlike silicone valve alternatives where air return is not possible.
Compostable Stand Up Pouches
Our first completely compostable DoyPack / Stand Up Pouch which is made from a combination of sustainable FSC paper and PLA. PLA is a 100% bio based plastic (Polyactic acid – derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane and or cassava roots) which complies fully to the EN13432/14955 specification for compostable products. Out chosen material structure is also fully compliant to ISO norms for contacts with food products. Once the pouch is empty simply discard it along with your garden waste in the green collection bin, made clear by the “seedling” and “OK HOME compost” logo pre-printed on the pouch. During the production of PLA we see a 60% reduction in C02 and a 50% reduction in non-renewable resources when compared to conventional plastics such as PET (NatureWorks LCA,2014) “The pouch is re-seable what about the zipper?” This is also made entirely of PLA – again fully compostable. “How do I seal the pouch – we have a heat sealer” – PLA just like LDPE / Polyethylene is simple to seal using a conventional heat sealer. • Application Ideal for use with both food and non-food – fine powders – we advise against using with fluids – no sure if the pouch is suitable? Box Pouches
Box Pouches The Box Pouch is a stand up pouch which consists of 2 side gussets and a completely flat bottom gusset – maximising on volume within a confined space. The gussets allow for additional branding or product information to be added. Stock The new unique way to present your product! The Box Pouches are available in brown kraft paper and aluminium, both in 3 formats, also available with degassing valve perfectly suited for packing coffee beans. Much easier to fill due to the large top opening and front facing zipper which doesn’t get in the way when filing. The box pouches are sold in quantities of 100 units and available from stock! Take advantage of our special introduction prices and head straight to the web shop. MiniPrint Take advantage of our printing service. We provide a manual hot stamp printing service – ideal for printing logos and some simple text with a max dimensions of 9x9cm. Miniprint is available in 7 colours, black, white, gold, slver, red, green and blue. The print is available from 500 units for an additional cost of €0.21 per unit which excludes the cost of the packaging, printing plate and artwork costs. Tailor Made Are you looking for a completely bespoke product? From 10,000 units we can offer fully customized products with full colour print and 100% print coverage. Coloured Paper Stand Up Pouches
Are you looking to pack food and or non-food items into a pouch with presence? Take a look at our Lamizip Kraft Paper Pouches. Suitable for most items i.e powders, solids, grains & granules. Currently available in a choice of 5 warm pastel colours giving the pouches a natural look and feel, the pouches are made of a high barrier multilayer plastic laminate ensuring a good gas and moisture barrier. The glossy window ensures that the consumer is able to see the contents of the pouch. The grip closure ensures the consumer can open and reseal the pouch, the header of the pouch can be heat-sealed to create a tamper evident seal which the consumer can remove by means of the easy to open tear notches.
UN3373 SECONDARY FLEXIBLE TRANSPORT BAGS
Safetybags® by DaklaPack a range of flexible pouches designed as secondary packaging. The pouches are 100% leak and tamper proof. Available in various sizes, suitable to hold a wide range of primary containers, such as blood tubes, specimen containers and swabs. The pouches are easy to close. They are sequentially numbered and incorporate a tamper-evident seal to ensure ease of identification and security throughout the chain of custody.
Wine Pouch 1.5L & 3L - Drop the box!
We thought outside of the box with this one! The Winepouch by DaklaPack! The Winepouch is a laminated stand-up pouch with a very handy tap. The wine pouch is suitable for juices and other non carbonated drinks. You can order the wine pouch online, don’t forget to order the tap closer. This is a tool to insert the tap into the wine pouch after filling and ensures a good seal. The wine pouch by DaklaPack is suitable for many purposes: wines, juices and other non carbonated drinks. The Winepouch doesn’t stop there, the Winepouch can also be used with fluids such as sport supplements, vitamins, or even cleaning detergents.
Spoutbags - Spouted DoyPack - Stand Up Pouches.
Our Spoutbags are a high quality laminated pouch with a sealed in spout and supplied with a matching screw on cap with tamper evident seal. Our Spoutbags are perfectly suited for liquids and save a lot of space during transport and on retails shelf in comparison to usual PET or glass bottles. With there self standing round bottom gusset there is also no fear of them falling over on the retail shelving. Available in both transparent and aluminium.
