Products
Cobotx palletiser cobot
Eliminate today's physically demanding and repetitive palletizing tasks with our cobot palletizer. By using a cobot, the solution is very flexible and easy to use. From boxes to crates and from bags to boxes, our cobots can handle it all. The cobots can easily be used for multiple types of products. We prepare the programs and the necessary grippers are custom made. An operator simply chooses the right program and clicks the required gripper on the cobot. The palletiser can also be made mobile, so it can be used for different production lines.
Cobotx welding cobot
Welding steel and aluminum is a specialist operation for which professionals are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Cobots support this by taking over (repeated) actions, allowing employees to focus on more specialized activities. Cobotx supplies complete packages with clamping jigs, the cobot, welding equipment and the necessary software. By approaching this as one system, it becomes easy for an employee to operate the cobot or program welding programs. Employee training is always included in our solutions and we often see that after a few hours of training, employees are already able to weld with the cobot. With Cobotx's full support in this process, we relieve clients of their worries and ensure that the solution really works for you upon delivery. Adjusting welding parameters can also be done during welding with Cobotx software. This way, the correct parameters are determined faster and with less material loss.
Cobotx full line integration
In addition to individual cobots or robots, Cobotx supplies complete packaging lines, repacking lines and integrations with existing or new machines. This creates a total solution that can be operated from one point, with fully integrated technology. Whether it concerns a packaging line in which the boxes are folded, products are checked and packed and boxes are closed and palletized; or an assembly line to make one product from separate components, a complete line integration is always customer-specific. Cobotx works closely with you from the concept phase to record your requirements and wishes and, together with our partners, determines the best solution. This creates a line that uses proven technology, but is specifically adapted for the client. Cobotx then supervises the complete process from design and engineering to programming and installation of the line.
Cobotx Pick&Place sidebot
The speed of a delta robot, combined with the flexibility of a cobot: that is the collaborative delta cobot. The delta cobot, also called sidebot, is used for pick & place operations and reaches speeds of up to 100 picks per minute. Ideal for packaging processes and processes where rapid product placement is required.
