Spider 200 - modular case packer for automatic forming, loading and closing of cases
The SPIDER 200 is the ultimate packaging machine for your vertical packaging requirements. Its default configuration, the SPIDER 200, fully automates bag handling and the vertical loading process of cases and/or trays. It includes BPA’s robotic platform provided with dedicated handling parts to match your specific application, including our patented SmartTrak system for high speed bag pre-collation and end-effector. The smart construction of this system significantly simplifies changeovers, making the SPIDER 200 easy to adapt to your future packing needs. Wraparound 100 - wrap around case packer for horizontal packing patterns

SPIDER 300 Case Packer - Horizontal and vertical case packing
The SPIDER 300 enables you to pack flexible bags into cases both vertically and horizontally. The process used by this machine is as quick as it is innovative, and offers you a great deal of flexibility and versatility. Once bags exit the bag making machine, the vision guided spider robot orientates the products in the right position. For horizontal packing, products are picked up by the spider robot and placed directly into the case. For vertical packing, the empty case is first tipped 90° in front of the cassette. The spider robot then places the bags into the cassette. Once a cassette is filled with products, an automated pusher pushes them into the case in a single movement. After returning the case into a horizontal position, the bags are positioned vertically into the case. Once the case is packed, a new empty case is automatically placed in the filling position. This seemingly simple process is an excellent result of technical ingenuity. Every aspect of the SPIDER 300 is aimed at enabling you to maximize efficiency in your case loading process.

RS Create 43 Doosopzetter - Automatic case forming, folding and sealing
The RS-Create is a compact case forming solution that automatically forms, folds and seals corrugated cartons from flat blanks. This highly efficient and compact RSC case former is fully auto adjust for different case sizes and with its inline horizontal blank magazine it is prepared for connection to automated blank distribution system offered by BPA. The RS-Create has a simple design, is easy to use and changeovers of different case formats is fully automated. The machine produces perfect cases with 90 degree angled corners, which is important for the optimal stacking and protection of your products on a pallet. The RS-Create can be easily integrated into your new or existing BPA case-packing line or any other existing packaging line.

SnackMaster 200- very compact case packing solution for automatic forming, loading and closing of cases or trays with snacks bags
A very compact case packing solution for automatic forming, loading and closing of cases or trays with snack bags. The new SnackMaster 200 series is the ultimate compact packaging machine for your high speed vertical snack packaging requirements. Its default configuration, the SnackMaster 200, fully automates snack bag handling and the vertical loading process (on edge and flat) of RSC cases and/or trays. Optional the machine can be equipped with a fully integrated RSC case erector and tape closer. The smart construction of this system significantly simplifies change overs, as no format parts are required and the system is fully auto adjust, making it even more easy to adapt to your future packing needs. With its narrow footprint (width 1450 mm) this automated solution suits any customer layout. Bag Inspector Jongerius Hanco
Bag Inspector The Bag Inspector or Seal Tester is designed to ensure only high-quality packs enter the secondary packaging machine. Multiple measurements are performed while the product passes through the Bag Inspector, where the bags are judged on leaks, emptiness and too much/too little airfill. Furthermore, the Bag Inspector detects double bags and is fitted with an removal system to make sure the faulty product does not enter the ACM. Product Handling Packs produced by the vertical form fill machine (Vff) enter the Bag Inspector and pass underneath the Bag Inspector head that checks if the packs meet the desired requirements. Performance The Bag Inspector can handle an input from the Vff of up to 140 packs per minute. The Bag Inspector not only has the ability to check for packs with leaks, it can also detect double packs, empty packs and it can recondition and reject packs.

Aligning Collating Multipackaging Machine ACM Jongerius Hanco
The Aligning Collating Multipackaging Machine, or ACM, is designed to handle pre-packed individual servings of product directly from a vertical form fill machine (or Vff). The ACM is a fully automated multipackaging machine, used for packaging into pre-made, wicketed polybags. Product Handling Packs from the Vff pass through the Bag inspector and enter the ACM. Within the ACM the packs are aligned in the desired pattern and pushed into a pre-made sack that is then sealed by the integrated sealer. The finished multisack then drops from the machine. Performance The ACM can handle an infeed from the Vff of up to 140 packs per minute. The ACM can produce between 10 and 32 multipacks per minute, depending on the desired configuration and weight (grams) of the packs. Packaging Because of the neat alignment of the packs within the multisack, the outer sacks can be transparent. However, packaging into printed sacks, paper bags, or neutral non-transparent film belongs to the options as well. Furthermore, Jongerius Hanco encourages the use of compostable plastics which the ACM is totally compatible with. These plastics are industrially- and home compostable and therefore a environmental-friendly alternative to ordinairy plastic sacks.
