AVC Sealing Solutions is a dynamic company with many years of experience and a clear ambition: to be the best in our market. We are well on our way to achieving that goal, although we continuously expand our know-how through research and development. When it comes to our or rather your machines, we prefer speaking in terms of solutions instead of product ranges. After all, as a specialist in sealing and shrink-film wrapping, we offer customers a complete state-of-the art customised design to meet their specific requirements.
We will manufacture a machine of the highest possible quality for each individual customer and even install the fully operational machine at the customer’s site. We always provide technically sophisticated, effective, and economical packaging solutions. Sealmachines
Onze sealapparaten zijn verkrijgbaar in een brede variëteit aan uitvoeringen. Zo is er voor iedere verpakkingsvraag wel een oplossing. Of het nu gaat om het sealen van grote en zware LDPE zakken, of juist kleine glasheldere Polyprop zakken; wij hebben een pasklare oplossing. Voor de voedingsindustrie hebben wij roestvrijstalen uitvoeringen. Uw producten krijgen een professionele en verzorgde uitstraling.
Automatic Packaging Machine AVM
AVC Automatic Packaging Machines are the most complete machines in our range. These machines are highly reliable and operate at a high speed that ensures an entire production line is kept working. The machines are usually deployed for processing large batches of the same products. E.g. in sheltered workshops and they represent the indispensable finishing touch for many activities. They are the core of the finishing process. A Shrink Tunnel may be placed behind the Automatic Packaging Machines, and this shrinks the sealed packaging quickly and safely. The products may be transported as desired behind the tunnel.
L-Sealers
L-Sealers are known for the great flexibility with which various product sizes may be wrapped. Whether or not in combination with a Shrink Tunnel, you will be able to quickly and easily wrap your products. Besides the standard sealing sizes (400 x 500 mm, 500 x 600 mm and 600 x 800 mm) we are able to supply a sealing window that is specially designed for your product size. The extensive option packages make the L-Sealers extra-appealing. Think, for example, of the twin system, the automatic conveyor system, the electrically operated sealing window, the continuously heated sealing system or the automatic winding system for the residual strip. L-Sealers are very suitable for use both with and without a Shrink Tunnel. For example, it is possible to only wrap a product in film, or to make flexible use of several types of L-Sealers in combination with a single Shrink Tunnel. After all, all AVC L-Sealers are fitted with swivel castors. The type of L-Sealer to be selected depends on the preferred maximum product size. As with the AVC Combiset and the Minicombiset, the sealing window comes with a magnetic seal. The sealing window is automatically opened by a gas spring after sealing, which offers the advantage that the next packaging may already be prepared in the meantime. This results in a higher production speed. While all models are developed in series, in every individual case the machine may be fitted with the options offered by us, or can be designed in a different size. This way, we can always offer you a custom-made solution.
Shrink Tunnels
The AVC Shrink Tunnel at the end of the line optimally finishes the packaging process. In a Shrink Tunnel, the film is pulled tight around the product by means of heating. Shrink Tunnels come in various dimensions and models: KT.500/1000/1200/1500. All AVC Shrink Tunnels can be used in combination with the AVC L-Sealers, Sleeve Wrappers and Automatic Packaging Machines. All AVC Shrink Tunnels are equipped as standard with swivel castors, so may be quickly used everywhere. Besides standard transportation with bars, the Shrink Tunnels may also be fitted with a Teflon-coated mesh belt. Although the specified models are produced in series, they can always be supplied with specific additional options in order to arrive at the very best packaging solution.
Sleeve Wrapper
Sleeve Wrappers typically shrink-wrap multiple products where it is not necessary to have the packaging completely closed. It is a very practical and efficient way to protect products, and also more economical and more convenient than using boxes for packing. The space saving alone is one of the major advantages, since one roll - good for thousands of wrappings - takes much less space than piles of empty boxes. The fact that the contents remain visible can also be a big plus. We have extensive experience in manufacturing machines designed specifically for this purpose, and they are used to handle a great variety of products. For example, sleeve wrapping is used for large packagings such as rolls of carpet or sets of (parquet) floorboards, as well as for smaller bundles such as the familiar six-packs of beer.
Combi Sets
L-Sealer Shrink Tunnel Combinations seal one or several products, after which they are shrunk. They can be flexibly deployed and used everywhere as a complete compact packaging unit. The Minicombiset in particular may be used in any situation due to its single-phase power supply. A large proportion of products that are usually sealed and shrunk may be processed using one of these machines. In addition, the price-quality ratio of these machines is very favourable. The optimal insulation of these machines ensures that operational costs are low. L-Sealer Shrink Tunnel Combinations are frequently used by, among others, printers, copy print shops and software manufacturers.
Super Magnet Sealers
AVC Super Magnet Impulse Sealers are highly reliable and versatile sealing machines. The magnet-based operation means that you only need to close the seal arm; after the seal is made, the arm is automatically raised again. As a result, this machine guarantees constant and reliable sealing. This high-quality sealer that is suitable for industrial use allows you to find a solution for all your packaging issues, in combination with the various accessories. Hand-operated or foot pedal-operated, a 4mm or 8mm wide seal, with or without work table, the SMS does exactly what you would expect: it seals your packages quickly and effectively. The individually adjustable sealing and cooling timers guarantee consistent seal quality. One of the machines shown here has a work table fitted to the front, and a film unrolling unit is visible behind the machine. Both these accessories are offered separately. Available in the following models: 350/500/700/1000, and now also in models 1200 and 1400.
Table Sealer
These Tabletop Impulse Sealers are fitted with a timer and a 2mm wide sealing wire for sealing bags. The TS.200, TS.300, TS.400 and TS.500 may be equipped with a separately available work table.
Continue Sealers
AVC Continuous Heat Sealers are very well-suited for closing large numbers of bags at high speed. These machines are of a high quality technically, allowing them to perform well in almost any situation. The digital thermostat allows the temperature of this machine to be set with great precision. All Continuous Heat Sealer models can be mounted on a stand, allowing the bags to be fed in quickly and carefully. It is possible to choose between a flat tabletop stand and a stand fitted with aluminium rollers. In addition, these machines may be placed above a driven conveyor belt.
