TruePaper is now also available with more than 50% recycled paper!
Our TruePaper banding paper is now also available with at least 50% recycled paper. This makes TruePaper even more environmentally friendly and flexible to use. The ecological advantages of recycled paper over virgin fiber paper are considerable. On the one hand, wood consumption is reduced because secondary fibers obtained by cleaning and pulping waste paper are used in the production of recycled paper. Recycled paper also does not have to be bleached as intensively as paper made from virgin fibers. The energy required to produce recycled paper is around 50% less than that required to produce virgin fiber paper. The amount of water required is even reduced by up to 80%. What is TruePaper? TruePaper is an environmentally friendly, ultrasonic and heat-sealable paper band. TruePaper consists of optionally virgin or more than 50% recycled fibers. It can be recycled in the normal paper cycle and is suitable for direct food contact.

Banding and labeling in a single operation.
The US-2500 TTP is a multi-purpose banding machine with an intermittent thermal transfer printer that prints variable information such as price, weight, sell-by date, batch number, ingredients list, or 1D and 2D codes directly onto the band during the banding process. Print mark readers enable precise placement of print images on pre-printed or blank bands. Print data can be configured either through an easy-to-use interface or transferred from an external source (e.g., ERP system or scale) via an interface. The US-2500 TTP processes paper or film bands with a width of 30 mm or 50 mm, depending on the model.

FTN PCR35 is an environmentally friendly, high strength banding film with a minimum of 35% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content that can be sealed using ultrasonic and heat sealing technologies.
