Building care
Building Care is the business unit primarily focused on protection, maintenance, and specialized tasks, such as (wood) restoration of buildings. Besides protecting buildings, we can restore wood using a special epoxy technique, also known as polymer-chemical wood restoration or beam end restoration. We remove the affected area of the wood and fill it with epoxy. This preserves as much of the original wood as possible. This includes beams and trusses in historic buildings, as well as old window frames and sills. Through thorough research and years of experience, we ensure every project achieves a successful and beautiful result. Damage to wood is often caused by insects, moisture, fungus, and mold. For wood-destroying pests, you've come to the right place. Bird deterrents are also part of Building Care, as bird nuisance is a source of considerable annoyance. Besides their presence in and on buildings, they not only cause pollution, blockages, noise pollution, pests, or the spread of diseases (salmonella, lysteria, E. coli var. 157, and allergies), but also financial damage. Fortunately, we have a solution for everything. We install bird deterrents in all conceivable locations. This includes under solar panels, as the number of jackdaws nesting under them is rapidly increasing! No situation, building, or environment is the same. Het voorkomen en bestrijden van plaagdieren doen wij het liefst door samen te werken met de natuur. Dit doen wij onder andere door biologisch te bestrijden en daarbij de biodiversiteit te bevorderen. Zo maken we gebruik van de natuur en voorkomen we op een natuurlijke manier overlast. Bij Nature Care geloven we dat een gezonde leefomgeving begint bij respect voor de natuur. Daarom zetten we ons in voor slimme, duurzame oplossingen die plaagdieren beheersen zonder schade aan te richten. Biodiversiteit, ofwel soortenrijkdom, is waaruit onze natuurlijke wereld bestaat. Het omvat alle soorten planten, dieren en micro-organismen. Al deze soorten werken samen in een ecosysteem en zorgen zo voor het nodige evenwicht in de natuur. Smart City Pest Control
Het antwoord op rattenoverlast in de Openbare Ruimte Overlast van ratten hoeft niet langer een probleem te zijn in uw gemeente of waterschap. De Smart Rioolval is de milieuvriendelijk, digitale oplossing die ratten aanpakt bij de bron; het riool. Deze gepatenteerde val wordt door Anticimex wereldwijd op grote schaal toegepast voor het beschermen van steden tegen de risico’s van ratten. Zodra de Rioolvallen geplaatst zijn, zullen ze 24/7 de aanwezige ratten die passeren uitschakelen. Wanneer sensoren een rat detecteren wordt deze mechanisch uitgeschakeld. Dit gebeurt door stompe pinnen die met hoge snelheid de rat op de ruggengraat raken. Uit laboratoriumonderzoek is gebleken dat de rat hierdoor op slag dood is. De pinnen worden automatisch weer ingetrokken en de Rioolval staat weer op scherp. De rat wordt door het water weggespoeld.
