Breco ATN system
What is an ATN system ATN - a transport timing belt with many possibilities. The ATN timing belt is specially designed for use in transport technology. The replaceable profile fastening located in the belt tooth allows quick mounting and replacement of the profiles individually manufactured for the respective transport purpose. Compared to other profile fastenings, such as welding, this flexibility offers a range of applications that could not be realized before. With the same toothed belt, but fitted with different profiles, different goods can be transported in one transport system if required. The belt is part of a modular system consisting of the ATN timing belt, fastening elements, the ATN timing belt lock, as well as cams/profiles • Variable profile pitches with high accuracy • Use of different profile materials possible (plastic, metal, ceramic, ...) • High shear forces- Quick/simple profile change in the event of replacement of the transport material or wear • No belt disassembly when changing profiles • Alternative to chain with all the advantages of a toothed belt • Self-adjustment of the profiles during assembly • Use of standard toothed pulleys • High optical quality- Various mounting options Cost advantages for the user: • "Standard belts" with high availability and variability • Short downtimes for profile changes • Low test costs due to interchangeability of profiles (prototypes) • Low spare parts and assembly costs
