iFlex Pedestrian Barrier - Flexible Polymer Barriers
Pedestrian +3 iFlex Barrier The Pedestrian +3 iFlex Barrier will segregate personnel from workplace vehicles, clearly create and define walkways and help organise a facility for maximum productivity. Preventing pedestrians from moving in areas of vehicle activity is critical to traffic management in the industrial workplace. A-SAFE's Pedestrian Barrier range will help form pedestrian routes and remove the dangerous crossing points that can so often be the cause of accidents. When used with robust products such as iFlex Traffic Barriers, iFlex Double Traffic+ or Bollards, A-SAFE's modular system will create the ultimate safe, streamlined and protected working environment. eFlex™ Single Traffic Barrier
eFlex™ Single Traffic Barrier is designed to shield buildings, machinery and equipment from damage caused by vehicle impacts. The flexible mid-strength barrier provides physical protection for vital assets and infrastructure by absorbing and deflecting impact forces. It also offers visual guidance to vehicle drivers to prevent impacts and accidents. eFlex Single Traffic Barrier is ideal for facilities with medium traffic volumes and for equipping base build specifications. iFlex Bollard
iFlex™ Bollards are designed to protect structures and equipment from vehicle impact damage. They provide a robust physical presence to prevent access or guide vehicles and pedestrians. iFlex Bollards are strong, durable and highly visible. They reinforce a driver’s attention to safe driving and can also act as guidance along traffic routes. iFlex Height Restrictor
Height Restrictor protects doorframes from accidental damage from moving vehicles. It offers guidance and physical protection from both side and height collisions. It is designed to stop vehicles and loads from impacting doorway edges, roller shutters and door channels. Height Restrictor can also be used to protect overhead assets, preventing the need for expensive repairs and downtime.
eFlex™ Single RackEnd Barrier with iFlex™ ForkGuard™
The eFlex™ Single RackEnd Barrier+Kerb protects the ends of racking aisles, where turning vehicles and equipment can impact vulnerable racking structures. The integrated ForkGuard™ provides extra protection against fork impacts at ground level. The eFlex™ Single RackEnd Barrier+Kerb will absorb and deflect impacts, preventing damage to racking systems. It is ideal for facilities with low ground clearance vehicles in operation. It also features circular end posts for enhanced protection at barrier ends, where impacts are more likely. Spinning collars on the barrier posts further deflect impact forces.
Alarm Bar
Alarm Bar protects overhead assets from accidental vehicle damage. This ceiling-mounted barrier provides audible and visible alarms to prevent damage before it happens, averting vehicle impacts and changing driver behaviour over time. It is quick and easy to install and can be used to safeguard door frames, loading docks, infrastructure and overhead walkways. Alarm Bar can also be used to protect essential safety assets such as sprinkler systems and ventilation pipes.
RackEye
Rack impacts can lead to operational disruption, missed KPIs and escalating maintenance costs. In the most extreme cases, they might even result in racks collapsing. RackEye offers an intelligent solution to this problem by monitoring warehouse racking 24/7 and instantly notifying warehouse management when an impact has occurred.
RackGuard™ Rack Leg Protector
RackGuard™ is designed to protect rack legs and uprights from front, side and scrape impacts by workplace vehicles. RackGuard works by absorbing and deflecting impacts. It transfers energy around the rack leg rather than through it, preventing damage and maintaining the structural integrity of the racking system. Ten frictional grip points, a compression hinge and a centralising rubber lug ensure a secure grip to any rack leg. The RackGuard Tool Set makes installations quick and simple.
