Using concrete real-world examples, the seminar explores bio-based alternatives to fossil-based plastic packaging. It examines not only the origin of the materials but also their advanced functionalities, including: barrier and mechanical properties, multiple end-of-life options, environmental footprint, microplastics, and so on.
