Fibre Save transforms paper and cardboard waste into high-quality, bio-based PHB plastics. This cross-border project between Belgium and the Netherlands is testing prototype applications in the food, medical and agricultural sectors and optimising production processes with the involvement of the entire value chain. With €1.9 million in ERDF funding, it is accelerating the circular economy and demonstrating its economic, technical and environmental viability.
