Any early setup is subject to availability and can only be arranged upon request. Please contact Event Services in advance to discuss the possibilities. If you are placing large equipment on your stand, refer to the logistics section.

On the first day of the event, no further setup work can take place. That morning, only small materials may be placed on the stand via the exhibitor entrance (using trolleys) or the visitor entrance (without trolleys). All loading doors remain closed. Activities that could dirty the stand or exhibition, such as painting or sawing, are no longer permitted on this day.

Material Delivery

Delivery of materials for your stand is only possible during the specified setup and event days. Delivery in advance is not allowed. We do not sign for receipt, so ensure someone is present to acknowledge delivery.

Large and Heavy Equipment on the Stand

All equipment larger/wider than 2.5 meters and/or heavier than 2.5 tons must always be registered in advance with Valverde. Based on the stand location, Event Services will determine the delivery order in an entry schedule.

If large equipment is not registered in advance, there is a risk that it cannot be placed on the stand. Send the equipment specifications, stand name, stand number, and event name to empack@valverde.nl.

Forklift Service

Forklift service is provided by Valverde. If you wish to use a forklift, please contact Valverde.

Storage

Storage can be arranged through Valverde.

Exhibitor Access

  • During all event days, the loading doors remain closed.
  • No access passes are required during setup.
  • Stand personnel must be registered in advance to gain access during the event.
  • Minimum age during setup is 16 years.
  • Pets, except for assistance dogs, are not allowed.

Parking

The parking lot at Evenementenhal Gorinchem is available during setup, dismantling, and the event. Parking during setup is free. Green vehicles are allowed, while blue vehicles are not permitted. Camping is strictly prohibited at all times in our parking area.

On-site Additional Orders

If you wish to place an additional order, this can be done at the Exhibitor Desk. Please note that not all webshop items can be ordered on-site, and delivery of all previously ordered webshop items always takes priority.

Collecting Exhibitor Badges and Vouchers

Avoid long queues by registering your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs and collecting your exhibitor badges, catering vouchers, and parking tickets at the exhibitor reception. Badge and voucher collection times are:
