If you have your own stand construction installed, the stand design must be approved by Event Services. We would like to receive an impression and a technical drawing on which the dimensions are clearly indicated. The designs must be sent to Event Services for approval in advance, stating the exhibition name and stand number.

• The maximum building height is 4 meters.
• The maximum display height is 4 meters. The logos and visuals may therefore not be higher than 4 meters.
• Open sides may be closed up to a maximum of 50%, otherwise this will obstruct the sight lines for other participants.
• Is the back of the stand higher than 2.5 meters? Then it should be evenly finished.
