In our range we offer grass board with 30 to 50% fibers from sun-dried grass in combination with other alternative raw materials. The fresh fiber pulp comes from compensation areas, in order to have as little impact as possible on livestock farming and nature.
The advantages of grass cardboard;
• Compared to conventional fiber pulp, CO2 emissions per tonne of paper are reduced by approx. 50% (instead of approx. 1.5 tonnes CO2, only approx. 0.8 tonnes)
• Compared to virgin fiber pulp, approximately 30% less energy is consumed per tonne of paper
• Less water consumption per tonne of paper, up to 65%
• Up to 65% less process chemicals per tonne of paper
• Fully recyclable
