Your activities consist of:
▪ Installations
You install new coding and labeling systems at customers. You teach customers how to use the system as best and optimally as possible.
▪ Interventions
We use a service level agreement in the event of malfunctions and downtime of the systems. You go there, investigate the problem and make sure it is resolved so that the customer’s process is not compromised.
▪ Maintenance
Our systems last longer with preventive and proper maintenance. Service contracts have been concluded for this purpose. You ensure the maintenance and optimal performance of the system.
▪ Advise
Our customers always benefit from advice. You see how the system is used, what the state of the system is and what the quality is that is delivered. We distinguish ourselves by always giving honest advice and expect you to give it.
▪ Who are we looking for
We are looking for a colleague with humor and who wants to make a big impact by coming up with solution-oriented ideas in a surprising way. We also like it if you have knowledge and experience and speak Dutch and English or German.
