Manager Maintenance & Projects

With your team, consisting of a total of 15 colleagues, you are responsible for the technical maintenance, service and after-sales of the products and packaging lines we supply. Our clients can rely on us and experience us as a professional, customer-oriented organization. The internal service and help desk functions in so that the service technicians can focus on their primary task: performing service and maintenance work and solving malfunctions. Excellent planning, adequate work preparation and correct information provision to the parties involved are crucial in this regard.



Your focus is on continuous process improvements and on promoting the synergy between the various disciplines within Tallpack International. You see the cohesion and make connections so that the organization as a whole becomes stronger and continues to grow. You also involve the other Tallpack branches in this.

Your team is able to transfer the added value of Tallpack International to clients in the Benelux; they see opportunities, seize them and are able to involve the right colleagues.

With your skills you are able to achieve the desired results. You maintain close contact with your team, but also with clients and suppliers. As a member of the management team, you periodically hold strategic and operational consultations. Based on feedback from the field, reports and analyses, you see points for improvement, make proposals and you take operational responsibility for the implementation.

You are and remain informed of the developments in the field, but also of the developments within the packaging industry.

Your team and work environment

You will be supported in your work by a technical/project manager and an account manager who are part of the team of service engineers and office staff.
In addition, you are part of the management team consisting of 5 people.
You are accountable to the board of directors.

You basically work from the head office in Geldermalsen, but you will also be required to travel nationally and internationally.
