We’re looking for an enthusiastic administrative all-rounder. Since 1982, Keizer International has been the specialist in caps, closures, and glass & plastic packaging. We supply throughout Europe and are known for our expertise, quality, and personal approach.
What will you do?
Financial administration (invoices, tax returns)
Support Sales and HR (reports, leave administration, organizing outings)
Manage phone calls, emails, and mail
Archive documents
Handle facility purchasing (office supplies)
Arrange travel and prepare meeting documents
Your profile
At least MBO-level education, accurate and proactive
Affinity with numbers, experience with Word/Excel/Outlook, ERP/CRM
Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
Available for at least 32 hours per week
Customer-focused and team player
