Account Manager – Labeling IT Solutions

- You visit existing customers and conduct active prospecting. - You are familiar with or have the necessary knowledge to build up the necessary knowledge of our labeling software projects and solutions in the short term. - You handle customer requests. - You guide your customer through the entire process: the definition of the scope, the timing and the budget until the delivery of the project. - You work closely with the technical team. - You report to the Sales Manager. - You offer the customer a suitable solution in the form of a written quotation. Through your convincing writing style and clear presentation of data from the functional analysis, you are able to highlight the added value of a collaboration with Codipack, in addition to a suitable solution. You present this solution to the customer in a convincing, animated way. - Finally, you hand over the project to the IT project manager, who takes care of the implementation.
