In our inside sales department, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the internal organisation. You maintain telephone contact with various customers and colleagues in the Benelux. You are the link who knows how to bring together the wishes of customers, sales staff and the logistics department. Besides entering quotations and orders, advising customers and supporting the account managers, you are also responsible for after-sales (cross- and up-selling).
Of course, you will not do this alone. You will join a team of eight enthusiastic colleagues who together pull out all the stops to ensure satisfied customers. Together with the team, you are responsible for achieving the set targets.
